I have Navision 2015 working with web services, also windows app works well.
However when I attempt to access via iPad application I can to log on and display the first page with correct role and data. However I get message that the connection has been suspended and I must resume.
This goes around and around.
I checked the server event viewer and it logs a successful connection.
Are there any settings or check that I can carry out. Unable to determine whether its server or app side.
Thanks
OK. Thanks for your response. I'll check with the support team on what version is being run and whether its worth to upgrade to CU 63.
It seems like a server side issue. I would recommend to test the same using the latest platform files.
The latest bits released are CU 63 https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=100842
I find it difficult to warm to your response.
You seem entirely concerned with my upgrading to something I neither need or want - unless you intend to provide the funding. I need to get the version that I have to function properly.
I am also speaking about iOS, while you refer to windows client.
NAV 2015 is out of mainstream support since January 2020. I would better upgrade to higher version and make use of the universal app in a more consistent way from these versions.
Best suggestion is to move to BC 2020 W1 (version 16). If you still stick with windows client then I would opt for BC 2019 W1 (version 14).
