    Hi Abdul,

If possible, I would create another Sandbox/Trial environment with a copy of your Sandbox or Production environment, and perform the upgrade on that. Check out if you encounter any issues.

I am not sure what your solution is comprised of, so the trial and error approach would be best to follow in this case, and not do the upgrade without checking it out first. There have been some issues encountered during upgrades to some users, but it really depends on what features you are using.

    Hope this helps.

You can export the solution out of v 8.2 and into v 9 - yes.

However, there are numerous "platform" bugs in version 9.

404 error bugs, permissions bugs with respect to synchronization views, etc.. I currently have 2 - 3 tickets open with Microsoft and already got a confirmation on the 404 error bug.

I would tread very carefully with version 9.

Also, you can no longer get a copy of your database backup once you upgrade to version 9.

We got around the bugs for now but it wasn't pretty. The key is managing end user expectations.
