Updrade from GP 2010 R2 to GP 2013

Hi

I'm new to GP .I'm trying to upgrade from 2010 to 2013 but I'm getting and error that Product 0 cannot upgrade from version 11.0.1752.So someone suggested that I need to upgrade 2010 R2 to 2010 SP3 .But when i'm trying to download 2010 SP3 I didn't find English version of it so I downloaded 2010 SP4 and when I run GP Utilities.I'm getting an error that  I need to upgrade system database before upgrading it.

Can someone suggest an answer that would be so helpfull.

And can you provide link for 2010 SP3 is also great help.

    That's not an error. That's a standard Dynamics Utilities check to let you know that the system and company databases need to be updated to the service pack you are applying. Just proceed and perform the update to both system database and company databases.

    Hi,

    This error is telling you that you are not on a compatible build for the upgrade. In order to go from 2010 to 2013, you need to be on 11.00.1860 or later. That would be 2010 build 1860. That particular build is the Year End Update - KB2599505.
