When creating an order and assigning a potential customer, I would like to copy address information from the customer entity to the order entity.
Actually, it appeared to be an issue with Chrome. It worked fine in Edge.

Your security role may not have the Create permission of Process. You need contact your system administrator to add this permission for you.

Thank you. That worked perfectly. Now I want to create another one. However, when I go to Settings->Processes I do not have the "New " option any more.
One way is to use a workflow to copy the fields value.
Go to Settings > Processes, new a workflow, entity is Order, uncheck "Run this workflow in the background".
Select Record is created and Record fields change, then select the Potential Customer field.
Add a step "Update record"to uodate Order. use address fields from Potential Customer to fill the Order address fields.
