When I search for items in SO Manager, some of the item's Item Lookup Code or Description are in red. For some items, both are red.
What does this indicate?

Any ideas? If it wasn't clear before: In the Item lookup in Store Operations Manager, some Items are red, some Item Descriptions are red, and for some items both the Item Lookup Code and the Description are red.
Does anyone know why that is?

Pretty sure it means an exact match to your search terms.
Red means your search string was found in the results column shown (Lookup Code, Description, Price, Quantity, Department, Category, Supplier).
Black indicates the search string was found in another column.
For some searches results, multiple columns will be red.
In other cases, all columns will be black (search string found in a column not shown).,
