Hi, how to build a query to get duplicate records by name (custom entity), but using fetchxml or odata.
is it possible?
Hi PabloCRP,
D365 has the OOTB function of deleting duplicates, you can also see all the duplicates through it.
Go to Settings>>Data Management>>Duplicate Detection jobs>>New>>Enter the fields & criteria and run the job. You will get the list within CRM.
As long as you set the duplicate detection rules accurately, you can correctly filter out the duplicates you want and then delete them.
Or you can use Deduplicator of XrmToolBox to detect and export to Excel.
