Your email quota is equal to ten times your marketing contacts quota .

Dynamics 365 for Marketing is a subscription service that is billed monthly, you would upgrade your subscription on contract renewal date.
You need to increase the number of marketing contacts to get extra email.

can you share a screenshot of your Quotas. (Marketing App > Settings > Marketing quotas).
0 marketing contacts sounds a bit suspicious. What license are you using?
