What is the difference in where the Trial Balance - Combined Totals and the Trial Balance - Debit and Credit totals pull the data? I seem to have some accounts on my Combined totals report that are putting both dr and cr totals on it.

    Hi Ruby,

The Trial Balance Combined Totals pulls the information from the Accthist record.  It would pull the PTDBalxx for the activity for the period and the beginning and ending balance from Accthist as well.

The Debit and Credit Totals format pulls the beginning and ending balance from Accthist but goes to GLtran to get the debit and credit totals.

It seems unlikely that you would have debit and credit totals on the Combined Totals format. The AcctHist table only holds one PTDBalxx - either debit or credit not both.   Maybe that format has been customized.  Did you look in the Usr_Rpts folder for the 01.610 report?
