How to prevent users to access legacy app of Sales app "Dynamics 365 - Sales"?

Hello,

When my users have License but they don't have access to any application in CRM Suit applications they will be redirected to a legacy mode and they will still have access to the records,
how to prevent the users to have access to that legacy if no application is shared with them?

    In Microsoft Dynamics 365, users can still access data through the legacy (classic) interface even if no app is shared with them. This happens because:
    • Access to data is controlled by Security Roles, not by app sharing.

    How to Prevent Access
    1. Restrict Security Roles (Recommended & Only Reliable Method)
    • Remove or limit permissions on entities (Read/Write)
    • Or assign a minimal / no-access role
    Without permissions, users cannot access data—even via legacy UI
     
    2. Use Environment Security Group (Best Practice)
    • Assign a security group to the environment
    • Only add allowed users
    Prevents unauthorized users from entering the environment at all
     
    3. Keep App Sharing Clean (Secondary Control)
    • Share apps only with required users
    Note: This alone does NOT block access

    @11manish Sorry, but the users can't access specific application if the app is not shared with them, they need to click on the Dynamics 365 - Sales to select the app that they have access to.

    and the way you are saying it's still not solving my issue because none of the users are from outside of the org, they are specific users with Dynamics 365 Sales license but they don't have access to any apps of sales.
