I have recently rebuilt the CRM application. And after that users have started facing unexpected error encountering in Outlook 2003 after confugering it with CRM Web Client. I have also installed the Update roll up 7 and also configured the Email Router.
But now end users are not able to track there mail from Outlook 2003. They get unexpected erors , sometime blank page on "Set Regarding" and Outlook closes down there after.
I have also noticed that through "Administrator" credentails outlook is able to receive & send mail from CRM Web Client. But users are not able to receive mails from CRM Web Client.
I will be grateful if I get promt solution on it as this problem is existing at Production server and there is urgency to resolve it.

I have the same question (0)To resolve the issues with the Set Regarding, enable the server side traces and check the logs to see the details, this would tell you a little more on the error that is occurring.
Fo the Send and Receive mail, did you check the email settings on each of the users? By default, the CRM Client is used to send and receive emails, so you must open the outlook client to be able to track emails.To change that you must setup the users to use the Email router to send and receive. This setting will work for both web and outlook client.
