Sent date to be auto updated periodically?

Hello community,

For marketing purposes we need to have the Sent date to our e-mail campaigns updated periodically to a date of the current month, without actually sending the email campaign again. As I am not sure how this can be achieved, I would really appreciate your help.

we need to update the sent email campaign and their child email campaigns
?all email campaigns owned by Product CRM and with more than 20 recipients
we need to move them one month forward every month
?they do need to be 1 month old

Hello,

You seem to use a customization or solution for your "email campaigns". It is hard to say whether the field "Sent Date" can be updated easily. You may try updating manually or via a bulk update. If that is possible you could try creating a process or workflow that runs the update and schedule it accordingly.

But bets would be to contact the vendor or a forum of the solution you are using and get specific advice.
