Portal - Invalid date on attachments

Hello,

I have an entity form on the portal with the attachment module configured.

I am able to add notes but, after adding it, it's shown "invalid date" above the name of the contact who added the note.

If I see the attachment on the CRM the date is shown correctly.

Any suggestion?

Portal version 8.1

CRM version Dynamic Crm online 2016 update 1

    We used a JS to overwrite the date by reading from the DOM
