I have a requirement where in i need to approval from manager before changing the project stage (for e.g. from created to in process)
how can i achieve this ? thanks

Hi Naveen, There is no Standard workflow available for that purpose. You thus need a developer helping you to realize this workflow. Best regards, Ludwig

I do agree with Ludwig.
Might be if your manager can accept this, e.g. Let your security roles has access of read-only for that specific field. And you manager should be the one, having rights of update/Edit for that specific filed.
or else, customization is ,other way.
Hi Naveen, In addition to what Sohaib suggested, there is also a standard feature available ("Project stage rules") that allows you define what is and what is not allowed to do within a certain project stage. Maybe this is something you might also want to take a look at. All the best, Ludwig
