Is anybody else getting this error message when you run MPS in the manufacturing module?

Overflow under conversion of Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.Decimal18 value 3110400000 to System.Int32.

The system has no mods.

May be you have Item with Routing that have Send Ahead Quantity in some lines. Try to clear this field and check MPS. May be best way test for one item.
I hear... that some bug around Send Ahead Quantity now in process.
    P.S.
I saw huge side-effect of using “Send-Ahead Quantity” in the past.
    More details:
    ---
Please consider this send-ahead split production order lines in many lines which is what is impacting planning here. When using Send Ahead Quantity, BC/NAV calculates the Production Order Capacity Need file for each lot represented by the Send Ahead Quantity. For example, if the production order is for 1000 units and the Send Ahead Quantity is 0, then only one record will be calculated and added to the Production Order Capacity Need file. However, if the Send Ahead Quantity is 1, then 1000*1=1000 records will be calculated for each operation. The MPS/MRP will take 1000 times longer.
