I have created a custom Code unit for create a new record if not found while importing record task. But I want to do that when end user delete some record from lookup table it will check first that value on all the related records, if found any related records then not allow to do deletion process. One more thing is the All-Lookup tables here are the custom tables.
there is any OOB way to achieve this? Or do I need to any code for this?

In this situation the Gas company should be a code 20 field with a table relation tot the vendor table.
In that way you raise the consistency and the quality of your data.

If you want to prevent deletion of any records, you need to raise OnBeforeDelete event.
