The grid to excel button is disabled

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have a Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 client running on a terminal server, but the grid to excel feature is disabled for every user, even SYSADMIN. I don't have this issue if the user work direct in a client installed in a workstation.

What do I miss in the setup?

Greetings

Great!  Thanks.  Hopefully, our systems office will do that for us.  Seems like a really great feature.

    Absolutely. That will solve it.

It's only on our individual workstations.  Our programmer was thinking it needs to also be on the terminal server.  Is that right?

So, just to make sure, it Office running on the terminal server or only on the workstations?

We're having the same issue.  I have MS Office 2010 on my machine, but some people in the office still have 2007.
