production to sandbox copy fails through BC Admin

Hi I am trying to create a sanbox using admin console using copy production . But it always fails with internal server error. what could be the issue? thank you

HI Miguel , It happens almost immediately .the following error returns while I copy the production by creating sandbox in Admin . thank you

An unexpected internal error has occurred. Exception: Internal Server Error
