We've recently migrated from Version 14 On-Prem to SaaS latest version (24.1). When a user opens a Posted Sales Invoice in the new SaaS version and selects 'Email' from the Print/Send' menu, it aborts with error: Report 1306 does not have a valid layout. Valid layout types are: Word, RDLC, Excel, and Custom. It works fine if 'Print' is selected and then Preview. It also works if 'Send' is chosen and then 'Send Document to' - Disk - PDF. The report in question (1306) was customised back when we were using v14. Not in an extension. Just using the GUI with Export Layout, edit in Word, Import Layout. It's showing as Custom in SaaS. What is causing this error?

Hi, Is the layout set in "Report Selection - Sales"?
    For example,

    Or in Document Layouts.

Hope this can give you some hints.
    Thanks.

    HI,

It seems you have uploaded the word layout.

Please check the uploaded layouts are correct.

System layouts are tagged as Build-in True. In your screenshot all are set to false.

    Regards,
    Saurav Dhyani
