We have upgraded CRM 2011 to CRM 2016 and getting the issue "The Phone displaying a blank error message box at the top of the form" instead of “At least one recipient is marked as ‘Do Not Allow’ phone”. I read one blog and got to know that it is knwn bug/issue from Microsoft and was expected to be resolved in Spring 2016 update. Please find the url of blog where it is mentioned:

It s written in this blog that - hopefully, this will be addressed in the soon-to-be-released Spring 2016 update.
Do you have any update, if this bug has been resolved in any of the CRM 2016 update. If yes, then in which Rollup it has been fixed. Or if there is no fix provided by Microsoft yet, then shall we go by implementing the custom error message to achieve this feature.
Please provide me the details/Information on this. It will be helpful.
