I want the system to send an email if an approval request is expired.
I've configured the following settings, but people still aren't receiving email notifications:
- Approvers receive emails about the approval workflow, so the email settings seem correct.
- I added the 'overdue approval requests workflow' and enabled it.
- In the purchase invoice approval workflow, I've set up the formula for the expiration date.
- I've also configured the task 'send overdue approval notifications.'
Despite these configurations, no one is receiving reminders. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
