Yodlee AMEX Issue If Two Cards Linked

A few weeks ago the integration between Yodlee and AMEX changed. It required giving BC consent.
 
Since then, I have had periodic issues importing transactions for one company. I think I have figured out the issue.
 
The company has two different cards linked using the same username and password.
 
If one card has transactions to download, then both cards import new transactions on a refresh.
 
However, if one of the cards does not have transactions, the other card does not seem to import transactions.
 
It is almost as if the processing stops when the first card is determined to have nothing to import.
 
Again, this started when the AMEX integration was changed.
 
I have another company with one AMEX card and it is never an issue.
