Add activity option is disabled. Can't create activity

Hi folks,

I am trying to create an activity in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. But Add activity option is disabled. It's saying entity must have at least one type Date field required. But I have already date type field in my entity. Please help me out to resolve this issue.
