Hello all,
I have a question regarding the synchronization from Azure Active Directory to Dynamics 365 CE.

I wanted to understand how the data flow from AAD to Dynamics 365 work. As far as I have seen in D365 there is a table /AAD User/ and a /User/(SystemUser) table.

Apparently in the AAD User table all users from the Active Directory exist and in the User table all from the AAD + manually created users?

I currently have a user whose e-mail was changed in the AAD. In the AAD user table it is correct but in the user table it is still wrong.

Which data is transferred exactly, where can I control this and when does the sync run?

Hi partner,

A system background process runs periodically to synchronize changes from Azure AD and updates the SystemUser records in Dataverse based on pre-determined set of requirements.

The time taken to synchronize all changes into Dataverse is dependent on total number of users must be added or updated.
