Hi,

Last week, a colleague deleted by mistake a lead... Is there a trash bin from where we could recover the lead?

In general, if this feature doesnt exist, it could be a really cool one to be implemented, for all kind of entity.

Thank you

    Hello,

if a lead has indeed been "hard deleted" it is gone from the database. The user should have seen a warning like this:

    ConfirmDelete.png'

It is perhaps a good idea to limit certain users from hard deleting and create a permission role that does not include Delete permission for select entities.

Instead then user would use the deactivate or soft delete option - which can be reverted easily by reactivating such records.

In case you had configured auditing, you might be able to look at the audit log, identify the lead deletion and from there restore the lead record.

Otherwise backups of your organization could be used to load such backup into a sandbox and identify the information you like to revisit.
