I have a horrible time reading the font in payroll. Does anyone know if I can increase the font to make it bigger?

Are you asking about the font used on a report or on a screen? The payroll reports try to provide a lot of information on a line so they tend to use a smaller font. The only way to increase the font size on a report is to customize the corresponding Crystal Report definition for that report (saving the custom version to the Usr_Rpts folder). However, if you do this then you will likely have to re-arrange the report changing a single line into two lines or more.
You can change your Windows display settings to a different resolution, but DON'T use the Windows magnification option (e.g. setting display to 125%). This typically cuts off parts of SL screens, and may not show decimal places in some fields.
You cannot directly change the font size within the SL program itself.
