Hello All,

I am unable to post service orders in my demo company. The license has been chosen as Premium. All the setups have been done but I am still getting the shipping No. series error. My entire team is facing the same issue.

Attaching the screenshot for your reference.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Unable to Post Service Order
    Hi,
the missing part was in Service Management Setup - the Posted Service Shipment Nos.
In the picture I can see that You have filled it in now, but on Document headers these numbers series are filled in when Document is created, and if You update the setup afterwards, it doesn't update.
    So You have 2 choices:
    1) Re-create the Service header
    2) If 1st is not an option, then create a Configuration package for Service Header (Table 5900), and export that field Shipping No. Series - and import back the SVC-SHIP+ code.
