Can CRM be Customer Centric/Specific?

Hi Folks,

I am working on Microsoft Social engagement and wanted to know that is Social Engagement can be customer specific??  when we link to Dynamics 365 than can it be that customer just see its relevant posts. if yes than how we can go for it ? 

or is there any other way that we can get customer related social interactions ? for now its showing overall interactions but i want to track specific customer interaction.
