Hi All,
I was trying to work the Vendor On-boarding Process in AX2012 R2 CU7 using EP, Workflows. Initially it worked fine. now the error pops up Workflow Stopped error but workflow step got executed well and it seems to be the notification failure in vendor add application workflow, but the notification worked for Vendor add justification workflow.

"Stopped (error): Method 'send' in COM object of class 'CDO.Message' returned error code 0x80040211 (<unknown>) which means: <unknown>."
Have verified any USR level changes to the workflow, but negative.
also recreated the workflow step from beginning still it doesn't work.
also verified the Sysmailer class as per Ref: http://axaptafreak.blogspot.in/2006/12/sending-emails-via-smtp-on-aos-server.html
any suggestions on the error would be appreciated.
