I would suggest you go to the Warehouse Entries page and enter the Data Analysis Mode.

Then you can setup a Pivot view grouped by Bins and Lot Nos.

And if you want to save this to Excel, you can just Right click anywhere on the table and Export to Excel:

It would look something like this:

Notice how you can still expand and collapse groups in Excel.

This would be my preferred way of accomplishing this.

    Good luck!

You can use the Bin Contents Page and look at the Lot Numbers by Bin Factbox. The Bin Contents page shows your item quantity by bin, and the Lot Numbers by Bin Factbox shows the lots per bin. You can also expose this factbox as a page/query to consume it in excel/power bi.

This is what I think is a bad thing about BC, there is no Bins -> Lot list.
Hope the following helps as well.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Use these built-in options to view lots by bin:
Power BI report: Bin Contents by Item Tracking – shows lots and quantities per bin.
Report 7319 – Warehouse Bin List: printable list of bins and quantities.
Or check Item Tracking Entries / Warehouse Entries for quick filtering.

    Regards,

    Hello,

The best way to view lots and their quantities per bin in Business Central is to use Warehouse Entries or Item Tracking Lines with filters for Lot No. and Bin Code, as these pages provide detailed tracking information.

For a consolidated view, you can create a custom report or query using tables like Item Ledger Entry, Warehouse Entry, and Tracking Specification, or build a Power BI dashboard for visual analysis.
