Word form generates in IE

I recently turned on word forms for a customer. However it displays in IE instead of word. I have gone through Mariano's post regarding this as it solved this issue previously for me. However, this customer is using the standard SOP window and a modified SOP form (not a 3rd party). So I am now at a loss. Any ideas :)

Hi

I am sure this has happened to me if I haven't allocated the Word template to the company. Check that the correct template is loaded and that it has been assigned to the company database. If there is only one version of the SOP Invoice for the company, also set it as a default.
