Hi,

I am using MS Dynamic CRM 2015 (On-Premises) & I would like to add the 'REPORTS' tab to the main menu as shown below:

SALES, SERVICE, MARKETING, SETTINGS, HELP, REPORTS

Please let me know the changes that I have to make to customizations.xml file so that the 'REPORTS' tab is shown in the main menu

Currently REPORTS tab is seen in MS Dynamic CRM -> Service -> Reports & MS Dynamic CRM -> Marketing -> Reports

You can add it using SiteMap editor from XrmToolbox - http://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

That's easy. Download xrmtoolbox (http://www.xrmtoolbox.com) and use SiteMapEditor.

Add new area, then new group, then new subarea similar to your current report subarea.
