We are using Dynamics CRM 2016 and we have a catalog of our products listed in CRM. We use Scribe to integrate data from our main database into CRM, some of which involves products. Right now we has a Scribe integration that maps the product name from our main database to a field called productid in the Order Products entity. This is a lookup.
I have two new products that I have added on the CRM side and have set them up in the same way as we set up all of our other products and when I run the Scribe integration the CRM field for productid shows up as NULL, meaning CRM can't match the product to the product from our other database. As the products have been added into CRM and they do match our other database I am wondering if there is something else I am missing here.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
