Notes not loading on opening a record

Hi,

Notes are not loading when i open a record in Dynamics CRM 2016. But when i click on title "Notes" (as shown in below image) they are loading.

We are facing this problem after up-gradation from Dynamics CRM 2011 - Dynamics CRM 2016.

Has anyone faced this before or know the fix for it. Please help us to resolve this issue!

as it is a known issue in your version you can do the following code onload of the form but you need to know it is not supported code

function getanchor(){

setTimeout(function(){

debugger;

document.querySelectorAll('[title=NOTES]')[0].click();

}, 20000);

}

A ticket with Microsoft will lead you to a better solution.

We are having same issue in CRM 2016, did you find a workaround for it?
