Dynamics 365 V9 On-Premise Installation error (Azure VM/Azure AD)

Hi 

I'm trying to install Dynamics 365 V9 on premise which i always do with no issue but this time the only difference I'm installing it on Azure VM connected with Azure AD.  

I'm the global administrator and owner of AD but I'm still getting this error during the installation 

The following permissions are required for organizational unit and all child objects: read, write, modify permissions, create child objects, all extended rights. Current user does not have these permissions for the Active Directory Organizational Unit: 

Any clue really appreciated.

    Dynamics 365 CE is not supported to work directly with Azure AD as an attribute/identity store, the computer that Dynamics 365 Server is running on must be a member of a domain that is running in one of the following Active Directory directory service forest and domain functional levels ::

    • Windows Server 2008

    • Windows Server 2008 R2

    • Windows Server 2012

    • Windows Server 2012 R2

    • Windows Server 2016
