How to disable the preview mode & how to allow only printing as PDF?

Hi guys,

I would like to allow the user to print the "Reminder" report (ID: 117) only as PDF and not as Word or Excel, etc. How do I do this?

Furthermore, I would like to disable the "Preview" function. Because even here you can edit the reminder as Word afterwards.

Or do you have an idea if I can somehow give the feature "read-only" when printing as a Word document, so that the Word can always be opened only read-only?

Hi,

Preview button might not be hidden/disabled but you can disable the request page where you are calling this report. But for that you should first pass the filters that for which record this report should run otherwise it will show all reminders.
