Sales Price question

As far as I know pricing can only be based on second decimal point. In AX, can we  extend this to three or more decimals points? and what would be the  Will this cause issues related to invoicing or reporting and when I enter a sales order?

    You have the option of using the Price unit field, which allows you to have prices with more decimal precision. This explains it well enough:

    us.hitachi-solutions.com/.../dynamics-ax-deal-unit-prices-two-decimals

    I think if you modify it to allow 4dp, you'd also need to worry about whether you want 4dp in the line total or PO total amount.
