
Hi all,
I'm trying to edit the "Case Resolution" entity's form in order to change the "Resolution" field type from simple string to "Option Set".
Unfortunately this from is disabled for changes and I can't edit anything in it.
Is there any solution or workaround ?

Case resolution entity is not available for the customization, so you have option to keep your field in the case entity or develop your custom case resolution html web resource and hide existing case resolution button. You can also utilize dialog for your custom requirement.

Another unsupported changes which is not recommended to make this entity enable for customization from database.
