Order events setup for Sales Lines

Dear Sirs,

I have a question about the Setup of Order Events, especially the Order events or Saleslines. I have these options to set the events:

I have 5 options.

When I look at this link and tutorial:    

There are 9 options for the Salesline.

I am looking for the 4 missing options, there are not hidden and I tried to find them in Features.

Does anyone know how to add the other 4 options?

    Which application version  do you have ?  in 10.0.22 I see all options available.

    I also have 10.0.22 (10.0.995.122)

    So, is there a feature I must turn on.....or other settings?

    I don't think you have to turn on from feature management. Check any other environments if you have.

    Hi Gino,

    There are some fields which do have specific configuration keys. E.g. the field 'Add fraud hold' is part of a configuration key 'Fraud'. Check if all Call center related configuration keys are enabled.

    Go to: System administration > Setup > License configuration.

    Then in the tree navigate to: Retail > Retail channels > Call center. In this node check for sub configuration keys which might not be enabled in your environment.
