new user id taking for ever to log into GP

This week, any new User ID I create, takes almost half a day to log into GP.

Hour Glass just sits there and then after about 2-3 hours Outlook profiles pops up for a Password and then it starts building the tasks and then another 2-3 hours.

What could cause this much long delay, as I have never seen this situation in past 6 years but this is surprising.

The only change I can think of is, that we have installed WorkFlow which I assume should not be a bottleneck to the new users as existing User have no problem at all.

I am suing GP 10 SP 4 with SQL 2005 SP2
