Adding all case phone calls to account form

Hi guys,

I want to add the following:

Account -> Accoutname -> 

Here I can see Summary, where 'Social Pane' is added. Here I have "Active cases", "resolved cases" and so on. I want to include 'all phone calls'. It must be calls added on a contact, on a case etc. 

I've inserted a new one column, with the following propertes:

Records: Only Related Records

Entity: Phone Calls (Regarding)

Default View: All Phone Calls

How to make it show ALL Phone Calls, from cases etc.?

    Hi Ph1L,

    If you change the setting on the Sub Grid to the following:

    Records: All Records

    Entity: Phone Calls

    Default View: All Phone Calls (or create your own custom view will Accounts ordered and Case information)

    The only issue with that is you see all phone calls, even not regarding the same account. In order to revise view, I would filter the 'All Phone Calls' view or a new view to add column, Record Type: Regarding(Account) -> Account Name. Since you were looking at related case, I would add Record Type: Regarding(Case) -> Case Title

    Thanks for your input Tim.

    However, it does not work as wanted.

    It should be showing phone calls, related to the account only. Now it's showing all calls instead.

    I would be nice, if it could show the "Add call" history, and from a case, there you can "Add call" too.
