    I have never seen such error before. Have you tried to debug. Is there any related RFQ, if anything wrong with it. additionally what the last line of error says, share the complete error message.

    This error occurs when the PR is in draft status. Submit the PR for approval and make sure it is in review status.
    Now, edit the RFQ and submit the bid.
