Hi partner,
Of course, we can do it. We only need to configure Server-side synchronization.
Choose one of the following scenarios to configure server-side synchronization for your organization:
Connect Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps (online) to Exchange Online (We recommend this.)
Connect Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps (online) to Exchange Server on-premises
Connect to a POP3 or SMTP server
Server-side synchronization provides direct Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps-to-email server synchronization. When you use Exchange, this includes bi-directional synchronization of email, contacts, tasks, and appointments.

Hi, I use Outlook 2019 (on-premise) aned Dynamics CRM (cloud). In Outlook I can sync Contacts, Meetings, but not Tasks from Outlook do CRM. I have not addon Dynamics 365. Can you help me, please?
