Here i need your help regarding some one is cancel work ID for work type " Transfer Issue" . How may i know who is the user?
for closed or completed work we can see user. Below is the SS
Hello Talib,
The work is assumed by the user when the user scans the work id on teh RF Mobile. In your case, the work was cancelled before a user scanned it so no user took ownership of the work, hence it is empty.
