How do I get past a country error when using Transaction Import?

I am using Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Feature Pack 1 - Advanced.
Version 7.03.40701.01 (7.0.0.0). I am trying to import a record in
Transaction import for the Vendor Maintenance screen (03.270.00). I
get two errors pertaining to country. I have ready that many people
trying the import gets this error. Does anyone know a resolution to
these errors for country? The country used in the file USA.
