Can talent be used to track and manage the skill sets, experience and availability of internal employees to be matched with customer projects?

    Hi Wheels11,

    If you registre skills and experience in Talent you could use it to find the employees that would fit best for a customer project. You unfortunately don't have access to availability in Talent. You could use flow to connect to other systems that might have availability, or make a new field in Talent to registre how much time you have free.
