Users will be issuing purchase requests from g/l accounts. Every g/l account has a budget assigned to it. I would like to be able to check whether the purchase request amount is in line with the remaining budget for the year for the g/l account included in the purchase request. The remaining budget should be equal to the full year budget less actual expenses less commitments i.e. approved purchase orders.
Is this possible?
