Bulk import of Service Activities

Hi!

I would like to import a number of interactions as 'Service Activities' and each upload is failing with the following error (The source data is not in the required format):

The field itself is a look up field however when I use either the 'Import Template' or the view as a template, no dropdown options are exported and when the text is added, the error still occurs despite it matching the text as it is in the system.

Is it possible to bulk upload Service Activities and if so, how can I overcome this error?

    Hi Nikki,

    Please try to do so.

    Open Advanced Settings, look for Services, see its result.

    Export to static worksheet.

    In the Excel, copy the Name to the lookup field of the Excel that is to import.

    Thank you Hao. I have explored what you suggested but looks like the out of the box service is not been used like your image shows. The developers have created a customised service as a new entity and activity uses that but when I input those options on the excel, I continue to experience issues.

    One to refer to developers I feel.
