Hi Everyone,
I'm writing you because my customer has sent me a requirement: each month in the USA the sales tax's values changes.So, It's necessary to integrate with the Tax Authority to automatically update the sales tax's values.
However, I don't know the USA Fiscal practice, and I need your help for:1) Confirm if the requirement is correct?2) If yes: there already is some MS feature to cover these points.

There are special 'add-on's' or ISV solutions that you can make use of the import and update the tax rates.
If you only do business in a comparatively small area of the US then you might be able doing this manually.
However, if you do business all across US you might want to use one of those specialized solution providers.

Thank you for your feedback. However, my first question is: the customer's requirement is true or not. My customer is based in Italy, and he's not an expert on the US Sales tax practice.
Before to thing about the solution, I would like to understand the problem.

For your first question, it is more like a question out of Dynamics 365 FinOps. I would suggest you to confirm with the tax authority directly.
