Ability to Print License plates from UI without using Advanced warehouse functionality

I am wondering if there is a spot in Dynamics that a user could print license plates from the UI without utilizing the document routing setup or the mobile device menu option /reprint license plate/.

    If it does not help, you can so some customization to achieve this.
