Sales Quote Integration Business Central into Dynamics 365 Sales

Hi All!

The standard integration of Sales quotes is from Sales going to Business Central.

We do not have a mapping for Sales Quotes in the Integration table mappings to revise the direction of the integraion (ToIntegrationTable, FromIntegrationTable & Bi-directional).

But our issue now is that all the Sales quotes of the client are encoded in Business Central and they want to have it synchronized in CRM as well.

Has any one ever encountered this issue before? What did you do?

We are currently trying to create a customized mapping for Sales Quote but not sure if that will work.

Hi there,

do you have an update on this issue? We are also in the same situation and a customer of us wants to create sales quotes within BC but wants to have this quotes synced to D365 Sales. Is there any possibility to achieve this?

Have you found a solution. We are in the same boat and even though the integration mapping has bidirectional, Sales Quotes can only be synched FROM D365 Sales to Business Central. Any tips on developing a customized solution so the Quote originates in BC?
